• Gathering Customer’s Requirement and designing effective solution that meet business needs and appropriate system technology.
• Developing detailed software specifications with Performing requirements analysis and are able to be clearly understood by development teams.
• Providing documents to support the project (SRS, functional Specification, application work flows, Screen mock up, User Manuals).
• Working with the test team to translate business requirements into test cases.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Project team and user for a smooth operation service and customer satisfaction.
• Report project status to related parties such as management, assigned team, users.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• To evaluate system and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Computer, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
• At least 2 years working experience in Business Analyst position.
• Strong background in a variety of software design and development.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience in software development life cycle of mobile application
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, systematic thinking, good team player and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in Insurance, Automobile business or Mobile Application would be advantage.
